"This is a real email I'm sending to Unlimitedville. I am actually needing to move to another company but I'm doing it with a partial sense of regret. BOTTOM LINE - Unlimitedville has been THE BEST for us!!! We were MORE THAN DELIGHTED with EVERYTHING about your company and service!!!!! -We had little to no slow downs on our service and when we did, I called and got IMMEDIATE resolution and support AND got a service refund without even asking for one. ! -Our hardware and setup was EXTREMELY easy to work with. -I can’t say enough about the customer support. I didn’t have to wait for someone to pickup and handle my call. The agents were more than friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and did I mention SUPPORTIVE !?! They seriously treated me like a human being who was not an idiot – just needed some direction. The word that comes to mind is RESPECT for me – the customer. It’s soooo rare. The only reason I am unsubscribing is that we live in an internet desert despite the fact that we are only an hour away from Washington DC, Charlottesville, and Northern VA. ! We secured service with Starlink and the speed is un comparable to anything that can be offered by any internet company around here. I will and do advertise to my friends and family about your company and services. And I will continue to do so. Wishing you all the success you need to continue in your business."
